Cisco MT sensors are small and easy to install. They run on AA batteries which are easy to replace – but, thanks to their low power consumption, this should only be necessary every five years. If the network connection goes down, that’s also no problem. The MT series can store data independently for up to five days.
The Trust Anchor module (TAm) – developed by Cisco – enables Cisco Meraki to offer you a secure way of transmitting data from the sensors into the cloud. Automatic firmware updates ensure your sensors are always up-to-date and supplied with security updates.
Cisco Meraki IoT sensors can be incorporated seamlessly into the dashboard. This means you can see all your measurement data at a glance, from anywhere in the world. Thanks to Open API, the sensors can also be connected to third-party solutions.

Contact usIoT sensors are wireless and are connected to your network using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). You can use your Cisco Meraki MR Access Points and certain Cisco Meraki MV cameras as a gateway.
Cisco Meraki temperature and humidity sensors measure your environmental parameters every two minutes, and will inform you immediately if any limits have been exceeded. Thanks to an external sensing element, the MT11 can also be used for sub-zero temperatures.
The MT12 is IPX5-certified and has a sensitive external probe which will trigger a warning for a penetration of just 3 ml of fluid.
The Cisco Meraki MT20 uses a magnetic switch to detect if a door has been opened. It can inform you immediately via the cloud, or document events in the protocol.
